摘要
在英语教学实践中发现,大学生普遍存在阐述个人观点时不能创造性地表达等问题,难以完成深层次的语言交际。通过开展第二课堂活动,以演讲和辩论的形式能够培养和提高学生的思辨能力和快速反应能力。着重阐述了英语演讲辩论活动的实施方法及效果。
From English teaching, teachers have found that most college students are incapable of expressing their ideas creatively, which makes it difficult for them to carry on deep - level communications. Extracurricular activities in the form of giving speech and debating can help develop students' thoughts and debating ability as well as quick response capability. This paper focuses on the training methods and their effects on speech and debate.
