遂宁市失地农民问题的调查与思考

The Investigation and thinking on the Problems about the Farmers Who Lost Their Farm in Sui Ning city

随着城市化和工业化进程的推进,失地农民的数量不断增加。虽然政府采取了一些措施来解决失地农民的补偿安置问题,但由于自身素质、保障机制、管理等多方面的原因,失地农民的生活仍然十分困难,社会矛盾日益突出。本文在深入调研遂宁市部分区县失地农民现状的基础上提出了解决失地农民问题的一些对策构想。

As the developmentoftheurbanizationandindustrialization, the numberofthe farmers who lost their farms is increasing. Although the government has taken many measurements to solve the problems of compensation and resettlement, because of their own quality, safeguard mechanism and management and so on, the farmers have still difficulties, and the contradiction is more obvious than before. This thesis is based on the investigation on the si tuation of the farmers who lost their farms in parts of countries in Sui NingCity, and provides some methods and idea to solve theproblemsforthefarmers.
