四川民办高职的发展,对缓解我省教育资源紧张,解决学生就学问题和满足人民群众日益增长的教育需求,促进高职教育改革和发展发挥了重要作用。但是,我省民办高职还面临不少困境,办学质量与社会需求还有相当大的差距。因此,研究分析民办高职教育面临的机遇和挑战,探讨民办高职教育的发展对策,对于推进我省民办高职教育的发展具有很强的现实针对性。

The development of private vocational schools in Si chuan plays an important role in relieving the s tress of educational resources inourprovinee, and in solvingthe employment problems, and in satisfyingpublie＇ s educational demands, and in the reform and development of vaeational education. llowever, there existsa lot of difficulties in running them, while there arealot of differences between quality of running a school and public＇ s demands. Therefore, it offersa directi on to develop a private vocational school, probing into its opportunities and challenges.
