浅谈旅游管理专业社会培训工作的特点和实施

摘要 市场经济的发展,特别是旅游业的发展需要从业者不断提升自身的知识、技能和综合素养,培训成为达成这一愿望的最佳途径,而作为高校的旅游管理专业面向社会开展培训工作责无旁贷。这种培训工作具有全员性、经常性、多样性、灵活性、计划性的特点。在具体实施时应综合考虑培训需求、培训目标、培训内容、培训时间、培训效果等诸方面。 The development of the market economy, particularly the development of the tourism industry requires the practitioners to continuously upgrade their knowledge, skills and comprehensive knowledge, so training bccomes the best way, and tourism management in colleges and universities carries out professional training for social responsibility. This work is full of the features as universality, training, frequency, diversity, flexibility, planning. In the specific implementation, training needs, training objectives, training content, training hours, training and other aspects of the effect should beconsidered.
