Incident Prevention and Emergency Rescue System for Freeway

针对高速公路常发生交通事故及异常交通状态，本文以智能交通系统（ＩＴＳ）技术应用为背景，提出高速公路交通事故预防与紧急救援系统技术。

Outburst accident,abnormal weather,etc.often cause serious traffic jam on freeway,so far as to bring about critical casualties.Not only does it create traffic disruption on freeway but also on the surface street.The direct and indirect damages caused by the incidents are uncountable.Aimed at recurrence incidents on freeway and their patterns,this paper proposes the techniques of incident prevention and emergency rescue system in the context of the application of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)techniques.The result of this research has important reference value in decreasing the losses in traffic incidents.
