摘要
通过将470乙烯基酯玻璃钢试块在不同温度、不同浓度NaOH溶液中的浸泡实验,对其耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:5%NaOH介质中470乙烯基酯玻璃钢在35℃以下耐腐蚀,35~50℃尚耐腐蚀;10%NaOH中20℃以下耐腐蚀,30~40℃尚耐腐蚀;20%NaOH中25℃以下尚耐腐蚀。该结论对乙烯基酯玻璃钢产品设计选材具有重要指导作用。
The corrosion resistance of FRP prepared from 470 vinylester resin was studied by soaking test block in dif- ferent concentration solusion of NaOH at different temperature. The result indicated that the FRP had better corrosion resistance in 5% NaOH at temperature lower than 35 ℃ and 10% NaOH at temperature lower than 20℃ and had weak corrosion resistance in 5% NaOH at temperature 35 -50℃, in 10%NaOH at temperature 30 -40℃ and in 20% NaOH at the temperature lower than 25℃. The conclusion had important guiding role of selecting materials in FRP design.
