维吾尔族肥胖患者内脂素的表达及其相关因素

Expression of visfatin and its related factors in obese subject of Uygur

目的:探讨新疆维吾尔族肥胖患者皮下和网膜脂肪组织中内脂素mRNA表达水平及血浆内脂素浓度与体质量指数、腰臀围比、空腹血糖、血脂等指标的关系。方法:根据体质量指数将56名研究对象分为肥胖组和正常对照组。应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测受试者皮下和网膜脂肪组织中内脂素mRNA表达水平,酶联免疫法检测血浆内脂素浓度。结果:肥胖组较对照组皮下和网膜脂肪组织内脂素mRNA表达水平有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义;肥胖组血浆内脂素浓度较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,网膜脂肪组织内脂素mRNA表达量与BM I(r=0.26,P<0.05)和三酰甘油(TG)(r=0.55,P<0.05)显著正相关;皮下脂肪组织内脂素mRNA表达量与TG显著正相关(r=0.54,P<0.05),血浆内脂素浓度与体质量(r=0.38,P<0.05)、腰围(r=0.33,P<0.05)、臀围(r=0.27,P<0.05)呈正相关,而与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.27,P<0.05)。结论:内脂素可能与维吾尔族肥胖及脂代谢有关。

Objective： To study the correlation of the expression level of visfatin mRNA in subcutaneous adipose tissue（SAT）,omental adipose tissue（OAT） and visfatin concentration in plasma with related factors in Uygur subject.Methods： Fifty six subjects were divided into obese group and the control group according to BMI.RT-PCR was used to investigate the expression of visfatin mRNA in SAT and OAT and the concentration of plasma visfatin was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results： The expression level of visfatin mRNA in obese group was higher than the control group,but there was no significant difference.Plasma visfatin concentration raised significantly in obese group（P〈0.05）.Correlation analysis showed that the expression level of visfatin mRNA in OAT was correlated with BMI（r=0.26,P〈0.05）and TG（r=0.55,P〈0.05）,the expression level of visfatin mRNA in SAT was significantly correlated with TG（r=0.54,P〈0.05）,concentration of plasma visfatin was positively correlated with weight（r=0.38,P〈0.05）,waist circumference（r=0.33,P〈0.05）,hip circumference（r=0.27,P〈0.05）,but was negatively correlated with HDL-C（r=-0.27,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Visfatin may be related to the development of obesity and lipid metabolism in Uygur.
