摘要
为进一步提高汽车车体的防腐能力,对磷化处理形成的磷化膜进行了研究,试验结果表明,磷化膜中P相晶体的化学稳定性优于H相晶体,添加Mn组分后可改善磷化膜的H相晶体和P相晶体,并可提高磷化膜的化学稳定性。
In order to improve further the corrosion resistance of car body, phosphating film formed by phosphate coating is studied. It is shown that in phosphating film P-phase crystal have higher chemical stabilitythan H-phase crystal. Adding Mn constituent can improve H-phase crystal and P -phase crystal and increasechemical stability of phosphating film.
