摘要
通过用35钢代替65Mn制造弹性零件的研究,发现用35钢制造的弹性零件,其弹性和韧性均优于用65Mn制造的弹性零件,性能指标达到并超过国家标准要求。如果能以35Mn钢代替65Mn制造弹性零件,可以取得显著的经济效益。
Through the research on substituting 35 steel for 65Mn steel to produce springparts, it is found that the elasticity and toughness of spring parts made by 35 steel are superior tothose by 65Mn steel and have come up to or even surpassed national standard. If 65Mn springsteel is repaced with 35Mn steel to produce spring part, the great economic benefit can be obtanied.
