畜产品溯源体系关键技术及其在我国的研究进展

Gordian Technique of Traceable Management Technology System of Animal Products Safety and It＇s Research Progress in China

由于国内外食品安全事件屡屡发生，食品安全尤其是畜产品安全问题引起了人们高度重视。国外畜产品溯源体系发展比较成熟，我国还处于初级阶段。本文对畜产品溯源关键技术做了简明的阐述，对我国建立畜产品溯源体系的必要性以及目前的开展情况做了分析，并且针对目前存在的问题对我国畜产品溯源体系的发展提出几点建议。

Presently, we must pay more attention to the food security especially animal products security because it has occurred so frequently of food security accidents at home and abroad. It is more mature abroad, but it is in the primary stage in China. this paper expatiated the gordian technique of traceable management technology system of animal products safety concisely, it analysed necessity of setting up system of animal products safety and it＇s research progress, it give some advices to the traceable management technology system of animal products safety aim at the open questions.
