摘要 本文针对某热轧厂横切线上的主要设备矫直机在矫直高强度,厚规格产品时,当负载受到外扰动时,矫直机传动轴经常断,工作辊轴承经常损坏现象,于是对伺服缸压力信号进行采集,发现装在伺服阀出口和伺服缸无杆腔之间的溢流阀压力设置过高,油缸无杆腔压力不能卸荷。根据油缸压力信号,采用AMESim对矫直机伺服缸液压系统进行建模与仿真,找出伺服阀出口和伺服缸无杆腔之间的溢流阀的最合理压力。为矫直机实际工作提供了参考依据。 This article is in view of major installation straightening machine of traverse of some hot rolling factory. When it straightens high strength and thick specification product and subjects to external load disturbances, so the drive shaft Often breaks and the Bearing of Work roll usually damages.At same time it collects the pressure signal of Servo-cylinder, it finds that the overflow valve pressure sets too high between the servo valve and Rodless cylinder servo cavity, Tanks should not stress-free cavity under unloading, According to the fuel tank pressure signal.h uses AMESim to Model and Simulate the servo-cylinder hydraulic system of the straightening machine and discovers the reasonable pressure of overflow valve between the servo valve and Rodless cylinder servo cavity. It provides a reference for the actual work of Straightening machine.
