陕西省水利渔业持续发展对策研究

Countermeasures for sustainable development of reservoir fisheries in Shaanxi Province

水利渔业是淡水养殖业的重要组成,在水库开展鱼类养殖、发展特色渔业对于改善人民膳食结构和促进地区经济发展具有十分重要的作用。以陕西省最大的安康水库为例,本文指出了陕西省水利渔业目前发展中在思想观念、经营体制、科技投入、渔政监管等方面存在的诸多现实问题;根据国内水利渔业发展先进地区的经验以及最新的科研成果,结合实际情况有针对性提出了陕西省水利渔业持续健康发展的对策和建议。

Based on the case study of Ankang reservoir, many realistic problems on the sustainable development of reservoir fisheries in Shaanxi province are addressed, such as, development thoughts and conception, management system, science and technology inputs, and fisheries administration etc. Then according to experiences of advanced development areas on reservoir fisheries and up-to-date scientific studies, rational and constructive suggestions are proposed to promote the sustainable development of reservoir fisheries in Shaanxi province.
