摘要 采用原代和传代细胞培养技术对毛冠鹿一雌性胚胎肺细胞进行了染色体研究,结果表明:染色体众数为2n=48,核型公式为2M+2ST+44T;首次发现两条大型末端着丝粒染色体(无次缢痕),C-带显示该对染色体的异染色质丰富,约占臂长3/5.是毛冠鹿的又一种新核型,并就相关问题进行了讨论. Karyotype of lung cells obtained from a female Tufted Deer ( Elaphodus cephalophus )embryo was studied by using primary culture and subculturing technique. Results show that the diploid number is 48, and the karyotype formula is 2M+2ST+44T. Two large telocentric chromosomes without the secondary constriction were first observed, and C-band reveals that the two chromosomes contain rich heterochromatin which occupies about 3/5 length of arms. It is a new karyotype of Tufted Deer.
