Science and technology is the first productivity. Long-term development of enterprises is no other than science and technology. Author has taken a case study of Yongyan Aquaculture Ltd. Cooperation in Anhui province and expatiated three aspects of scientific planning for aquatic products brand, science and technology for prospering fishery and scientific researches for increasing competition of external development.
