摘要
在加拿大水产养殖业法规的探索建设过程中,政府机构扮演了积极而重要的角色。本文首先阐述了加拿大现有水产养殖的法案规章框架,然后基于加拿大水产养殖法案的缺失,对制定联邦水产养殖法案及实施细则进行了一些思考,最后探讨了加拿大水产养殖业的行动领域的制度建设。笔者希望本文所述加拿大水产养殖制度建设的探索轨迹能为我国相关制度建设提供一些启示。
In the construction of aquaculture constitution in Canada, the government has played a very important role. The author has indicated current constitution framework in Canada and proposed some detailed rules, and finally discussed the aquaculture system construction. The author wish to provide references for Chinese relevant system construction from Canada aquaculture system experiences.
