摘要
介绍了分层分控模式的体系结构和基于分层分控模式的电网AVC系统的开发及应用。该系统由一个全网总控AVC和多个区域分控AVC组成,满足调度行政分区要求,由CIS接口实现全网总控AVC与区域分控AVC的互联控制,AVC系统还实现了省地县AVC三级互联。基于分层分控模式的AVC系统具备更高的安全性和更强的稳定性,有效降低系统风险、增强系统应对处理危机的能力。
The architecture of hierarchy control mode, and the development and application of AVC system based on hierarchy control mode were introduced briefly. This system is formed by a global control AVC of the power grid and multi-regional hierarchy control AVC, which can satisfy the requirements of dispatching, and realize AVC interconnection of global control AVC of the power grid and hierarchy control AVC from CIS interface. This AVC system has still realized three-level AVC interconnection of province, region and county. Based on higher safety and more strong stability of AVC system with hierarchy control mode, the system risk is reduced efficiently, and the ability of the system to handle crisis is strengthened.
