长江三角洲地区人地关系的历史渊源与协调发展研究

The Historic Process and Coordinate Development of Man-Earth Relationship in the Region of Yangtze River Delta

长江三角洲地区是我国经济比较发达的地区．在其经济高速增长、工业化、城市快速发展的过程中，人地关系的矛盾日益尖锐，人口不断增加，耕地面积大幅度减少，环境污染日益严重，自然灾害常有发生，又制约区域可持续发展．本文系统回顾了２０００多年来区域人口增长、区域开发的历史过程，分时段论述了人地关系演化的特征．分别从人口增长与水土资源开发、水土资源开发与河湖的演变、河湖演变与洪涝灾害等环节揭示当今复杂的人口、资源、环境之间矛盾激化的历史渊源．并从当今人口人地关系中最为突出的问题着眼，探讨协调人地关系，实现区域可持续发展的措施．

The region of Yangtze River Delta is comparatively a developed economic area in China.With the rapid growth of social economy,industrialization and urbanization of the region,comes a series of problems such as the sharpening of the contradiction of the man-earth relationship,the continuous increasing of population and decreasing of plough,serious environment pollution and more often coming disasters.All this problems have seriously constrained the sustainable development of the region. Based on a systematical looking back on the historic progress of the population increasing and the development of the region over past 2000 years,the article elaborates the characteristics of the evolution of the man-earth relationship,and from several aspects such as population increasing with land and water resource developing,land and water resource developing with evolution of rivers and lakes,evolution of rivers and lakes with flood disastes,the article also reveals the historic cause of relationship among population,resources and environment of modern socity.In the end,setting its hand on the most serious problem in man-earth relationship,the paper probes into the way of how to coordinate man-earth relationship,and achieve sustainable development.
