摘要
试验分析了不同外焊坡口角度对X80钢级18.4 mm壁厚埋弧焊钢管焊缝质量的影响。在其他焊接条件不变的情况下,仅对外焊坡口角度变化进行焊接试验,并对焊缝进行外观、无损和冲击性能试验,以寻求外焊坡口角度与埋弧焊管焊缝外观质量、焊缝熔深和力学性能间的关系。试验表明,随着外焊坡口角度的增加,外焊缝高度明显降低,熔深明显增加,焊缝冲击韧性略有提高,热影响区冲击韧性有所下降。
The experiment analyzed the effect of different groove angle of outside welding on weld quality of 18.4 mm thickness X80 grade SSAW pipe.Under the condition of remaining other welding conditions unchanged,only welding test of the groove angle variation of outside welding was carried out.The appearance,non-destructive and impact tests of weld were conducted,in order to seek the relationship between outside welding groove angle and weld appearance quality,as well as weld penetration depth and mechanical properties.Test results showed that,with the outside welding groove angle increased,the height of the outside weld decreased obviously,the weld penetration depth increased,weld impact toughness slightly increased,and impact toughness of heat affected zone decreased.
