摘要
用邻胺基酚或水扬酸为原料经三步反应制得中间体2,6-二氯苯并唑,用对苯二酚和2-氯丙酸经一步合成了另一中间体2-(4-羟基苯氧基)-丙酸乙酯,再使两个中间体在相转移催化剂催化下缩合得到除草剂2-(4-(6-氯-2-苯并唑氧基苯氧基)丙酸乙酯.全程收率为51%.
In synthesis of the highly effective herbcide ethyl 2-[4-(6-chloro-2-benzoxazoloxy)] propionate, first, utilizing three and one reaction steps, the intermediate 2,6-dichlorbenzoxazole from o-amindphenoxy and urea or o-hydroxybenzoic acid and oxyammonia hydrochloride and the other intermediate ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)-propionate from para-dihydroxy-benzene and 2-chloropropionacid have been prepared, respectively. Then, the title compound has synthesized from the two intermediates in the presence of the phase transfer catalyst PEG. The total yield is 51%.
