摘要
本实验用发根农杆菌(Agrobacteriumrhizogenes)对大豆属的三个种:野生大豆(Glycinesoja),半野生大豆(Glycinegracilis)和栽培大豆(Glycinemaxl)的不同外植体进行感染诱导毛状根,在无菌苗靠近子叶节部位诱导出毛状根.冠瘿碱(opine)检测表明;由感染发根农杆菌诱导的毛状根中有甘露碱(mannopine)的存在.说明Ri质粒的T-DNA已转移到大豆的转化根中.
Root were only induced at cotyledons node of mature embryos in various explants of Glycine soja. Glycine gracillis, Glycine max with Agrobacterium rhizogenes. Inspection of opine showed that theres was mannopine in the hairy root iduced by A. rhizogenes, and therefore that T-DNA of Ri plasmid was successfully transfered.
