摘要
利用复合生物酶法对亚麻粗纱进行煮练操作,并采用正交试验方法研究了复合生物酶作用的pH值、时间、温度、酶的配比和用量对煮练效果的影响。通过对处理后的亚麻粗纱样品中果胶和木质素含量的分析比较,并结合生产成本的考虑,最终确定了煮练的最佳工艺参数和工艺路线,即:浴比1∶10、pH值8.0、时间3 h、温度60℃、果胶酶∶木聚糖酶1∶4、酶用量3 g/L,渗透剂用量2 g/L。
Scouting and bleaching process for linen rove using compound enzymes has been studied in the paper. The impacts of pH, time, temperature, ratio of enzyme and dosage were analyzed with the orthogonal design method to find out the suitable bleaching process. Comparing the content of pectin and lignin of linen rove after all treatments and the production cost: bath ratio 1:10, pH value 8.0, 3.0 h, 60℃, pectinase: xylanase 1 : 4 and dosage of enzyme is 3 g/L, penetrating Agent is 2 g/L. This process is clean without pollution and can be applied.
