摘要
依据GB/T 2912.1—1998《纺织品甲醛的测定第1部分:游离水解的甲醛(水萃取法)》对纯羊绒织片中甲醛含量的测量不确定度进行分析和评定,分析了影响测量标准不确定度的各个因素,包括:测量的重复性、试样溶液中甲醛的浓度和试样称量等不确定度分量,其中试样溶液中甲醛浓度的不确定度包括工作曲线的变动性、标准溶液浓度及其分取体积的不确定度等,比较其对总测量不确定度的相对贡献。分析结果表明,该测量过程所产生的测量不确定度主要来源于绘制工作曲线的变动性引入的测量不确定度,其次是甲醛标准溶液制备过程中引入的测量不确定度。
By the method of GB/T 2912.1-1998 Textiles—Determination of formaldehyde—Part 1 : Free and hydrolized formaldehyde (water extractionmethod), the uncertainty for the determination results of formaldehyde contents in pure cashmere textiles by spectrophotometry has been given by the evaluation of uncertainty for the repeatability of measurement of formaldehyde contents, the concentration of formaldehyde in sample solution, and the weighing of sample quality, etc. And uncertainty for the concentration of formaldehyde in sample solution includs the changes in working curve, the concentration of standard solution, the volume of standard solution sub-checked, etc. measurement appeared in the determination was mainly the concentration of standard work-solution. The analysis results showed that the uncertainty of caused by that the changes in working curve, and that the concentration of standard work-solution.
