摘要
针对我国纺织企业并粗车间信息化程度发展缓慢的现状,分析了车间在生产管理和信息化发展方面实际存在的问题。根据实际需求,研制了一种基于局域网的并粗车间监控系统,对系统的结构、工作流程、软件设计关键技术进行了介绍,对系统设计中的关键技术进行了研究,并采用数值拟合理论对系统生产数据的正确性进行了分析。应用表明,该系统结构简单、易维护,成本低,而且系统运行稳定,数据采集准确,基本管理功能满足了车间在生产管理和信息化发展方面的需求。
Aiming at the present status of drawing and coving workshop in the textile enterprise, which is information construction developed slowly, we analyze actual existing problems in production management and information-based development. According to the actual requirements of workshop, a computer monitoring and control system based on LAN is developed, structure and workflow of the system, the key techniques of software design arc introduced, the key techniques within the system development are researched, the accuracy of production data is analyzed by using numerical approximation theory. As proved by practice, the system's structure is simple, easy maintenance and low cost, meantime, system can run stably, collect the data accurately and satisfy the production control and information development of workshop needs.
