摘要
采用FAST-1织物压缩性测试仪分别测试织物在不同作用力下的厚度及表观厚度,利用SPSS软件和多元回归模型,建立织物的厚度、表观厚度与10种T/R(涤/粘)仿毛织物的经纬纱线密度、捻度、缩率,及织物的经纬密度之间的多元回归方程。根据p值及t值检验法则进行多元回归方程和各个参数的显著性检验,并根据检验结果分析织物的厚度及表观厚度与织物组织参数之间的关系,以及影响织物风格中压缩性能的因素,将此结论用于实践并且指导T/R仿毛织物产品开发。
Through the FAST-1 fabric compressibility tester to test thickness and surface thickness of ten different wool-like fabrics in different forces and SPSS software and multivariate regression model are used to analyze the handle of these fabrics, then constructing the multiple regression equation between surface and surface thickness and linear density, twist, yam shrinkage and density. And according to the p value and t value to test multivariate regression equations and the laws of various parameters, the results are used to study the relationship between thickness and surface thickness and analyze the influence factors of compression performance, and the conclusion is for practice and guiding product development of wool-like fabrics.
