摘要
论述了百东河水库大坝工程质量、防洪安全、渗流安全、结构安全及抗震安全的评价方法以及水库大坝综合评价的方法与结论。提出了土石坝下游坝坡稳定安全系数不足、坝下涵管渗漏、溢洪道两侧山体边坡不稳定等病害的加固方法和技术。对于目前我国正在开展的病险水库除险加固工作具有借鉴意义。
The paper presents the method of evaluating quality, safety of flood control, seepage flow, structure and anti-earthquake performance, as well as comprehensive assessment of reservoir dams. Strengthening method and technology are proposed regarding to the problems of slope low stability of earth-rock dam, seepage of culvert below dam and unstable mountain slope in the two sides of the flood spillway. It is of valuable reference to the current work of hazard reservoir strengthening.
