摘要
提出了一种新的心电QRS波检测算法,该算法用心电信号的小波变换作为自适应白化滤波器的输入,然后对白化滤波后的输出进行匹配滤波和阈值检测来识别出QRS波.用MIT心电数据库对该算法进行了评估,并与其他几种算法的结果进行了比较,表明此算法在QRS检出率和计算速度上都有一定的改善.
A new algorithm for ECG QRS detection proposed on the basis of wavelet transfer (WT). The output of WT for incoming ECG signals is used as the input of an adaptive whitening filter. Then, a matched filter and a threshold detector are used on the whitening signals to detect the QRS waves. The evaluation of this algorithm is performed by using the MIT arrhythmia ECG database. The results have been compared to those of three other algorithms, s and some improvement has been obtained in the detecting rate and running speed.
