摘要
分别用微分脉冲极谱法和光度法测定了β-环糊精与中性红形成的包结化合物的包合稳定常数,并对两种方法的结果作以比较.利用β-环糊精与染料分子间的超分子作用作为介体的固定化方法,制成测定H2O2的酶传感器,具有较高的灵敏度和较好的稳定性.
CD forms the 1∶1 inclusion complex with Neutral red(NR) in aqueous media.The formation constant is determined using differential pulse polarography and spectrophotometry.This can be employed to immobilize dyes on an electrode,which behaves a high sensitivity and a stable electrochemical behavior by means of the supramolecular interaction between β CD and dye molecules.
