摘要
本文研究了以1.0mol/LHBr溶液为流动相,以硅烷化硅胶负载的甲基膦酸二甲庚脂(P350)作固定相,萃取色谱法使微量铟、铊和金与大量共存杂质元素分离,富集在色谱柱上的铟、铊和金分别用水、1.5mol/LNaAc和1%Na2SO3溶液洗脱进行连续分离与测定。经实际样品的试用考核,结果令人满意。
In this paper,the micro amount of Indium,Thallium and Goldhave been separated from a large number of coexisting foreignelenents by extraction chromatography with 1 0 mol·L -1 HBr asmobil phase,silaniaed silca gel loaded di(1-methylheptyl)-methyl-phosphonate as stationary phase.Indium,Thallium and Gold collected in chromatographic column are respectively eluted using water,1 5 mo1·L 1 NaAc and 1%Na 2SO 3 as eluant,and then successive separation and determination can be carried out. The results are satisfactory through tests of practical samples.
