摘要
根据加性-显性与环境互作的遗传模型,采用MINQUE(1)方法分析了陆地棉10个亲本和20个F1和F2皮棉产量、单株铃数、单铃重、衣分和前期收花率等产量性状的两年试验资料.利用亲本和F1的资料预测了F2基因型值和杂种优势及与环境的互作.结果表明,F2皮棉产量、前期收花率、单株铃数和单铃重的群体平均优势分别为14%、16%、10%和3%.F2皮棉产量、前期收花率、衣分的群体超亲优势分别为5%、8%和-6%.F2衣分和单铃重杂种优势与环境互作较小.F2皮棉产量、单株铃数和前期收花率杂种优势与环境互作较大.分析了组合在不同方面的稳定性表现.比较了利用亲本和F1与用亲本、F1和F2资料对F2产量性状在不同年份中遗传表现的预测结果.
Applying MINQUE(1) approaches, ten parents and their 20 F 1 s and F 2 s of upland cotton were analyzed for five yield traits in two years according to a genetic model of additive dominance interaction with environment. F 2 heterosis and its interaction with environment were predicted by using the data of parent and F 1 . The results indicated that F 2 heterosis over mid parent averaged 14%,16%,10% and 3% for yield, first picking %,bolls and boll size,respectively. F 2 heterosis over better parent averaged 5%,8% and -5% for yield, early picking % and lint %, respectively. F 2 heterosis interaction by environment was small for lint % and boll size,but large for yield,boll number and early picking%. F 2 genetic performances in different years with parents and F 1 were compared with those with parents, F 1 s and F 2 s.
