摘要
目的 :通过对 60例金华猪种心脏 (宰杀 4 h内 )的组织切片研究 ,观察其心内膜、心肌层及瓣膜的组织结构特点 ,为转基因猪心脏的人体移植提供组织学基础资料 .方法 :将 50例新鲜金华种猪心脏清洗后取材 ,将取下的左心室、右心房 ,二尖瓣组织经常规固定后用石蜡包埋 ,组织切片经苏木素一伊红染色后在低、高倍显微镜下观察 .结果 :金华猪心的组织结构与人心有诸多相似 ,适合于供人体移植 ,也有下列几方面差异应引起注意 :1猪心的心内膜内皮下层主要由疏松结缔组织和少量的平滑肌纤维组成 ,较人之心内皮下层厚而松散 ;2猪心的束细胞较正常人的束细胞少而大 ;3猪心的肌纤维粗细相对均匀 。
The histological structures of 60 Jinhua porcine hearts were studied.The result showed that Jinhua porcine heart and human hearthad much in common,which provided a histological basis for human transplantation.The following differences were also observed and attention must be paid during the transplantation.1.The subendo- cardial layer of the porcine heart,consisting mainly of loose connective tissure and a small amount of smooth muscles,was thicker and looser than that of the human heart.2 .The tract cell of the porcine heart was less in number but larger in size than that of the human heart.3.The smooth muscle of the porcine heart was even in size but less in intercalated disk.
