摘要
本文介绍了采用ICP-AES法测定CuXX-RE合金中微量稀土元素各分量的新的检测方法,发现了试样前处理条件对分析结果的影响及基体的干扰影响,确定了分析谱线,通过正交试验法优选了最佳工作参数。试验表明,各元素均有较低的检出限,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.6~12%,回收率80.0~100.0%。
This article introduces the new testing method to determine partical amount of trace rare earth element in CuXX-RE alloy by ICP-AES spectrscopy, finds the effect of treatment condition prior to sample on analysis result and matrix interferences, determines analysis spectral lines, chooses optimum working parameter. The test shows that each element has lower detection limit, relative to standard deviation( RSD)0. 6 -12% ,recovery rate 80.0- 100.0%.
