轧制线调整装置上楔块顶面同面度分析

摘要 铜带精轧机本体轧制线调整装置在装配过程中经常发现两件上楔块顶面同面度精度很不稳定,楔块在运动的过程中同面度变化显著,多数情况下大于0.10mm远远超过图纸要求。本文通过对同面度影响因素的理论分析和数值计算,找到引起同面度误差的原因,并通过在下楔块与铜垫块间隙中加入0.15mm的垫片试验进行验证,从而得出结论,需严格控制文中所述两项动作因素引起的同面度误差,并按计算结果选取公差配合来保证同面度误差达到图纸要求。 It is often found that the coplanar degree accuracy of two top surfaces of upper wedge is very unstable during assembling of wedge passline adjustment device on copper strip finishing mill stand. The coplanar degree is changed distinctly during the movement of wedges, in most cases, it is more than 0.10 mm, far beyond the requirement of drawing. Through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of effect factors for coplanar degee, this article finds out the cause of coplanar degree error and from the test of inserting 0.15mm shim in the gap between lower wedge and copper shim block, it may draw the conclusion that coplanar degree error caused by the above-mentioned two action factors shall be strictly controlled and tolerance fit shall be chosen according to calculation result to ensure that coplanar degree error can meet the requirement of the drawing.
