Venture capital is a booster for the development of the High-tech Industry and the growth of the economy. However, as the outbreak of the financial crisis, the financial environment, which the venture capital industry existed on ,has been destroyed. It caused a great impact on the development of the venture capital industry. The thesis ,on the basis of discussing the affect on the mechanism of venture capital from the financial crisis, mainly analyzes the new changes taking place on China venture capital industry under the financial crisis.
