本文用辩证的思维,牢牢抓住锰产业与信贷准入之间矛盾的主要方面:内因——行业准入门槛,提出可以通过实施并购重组和拉长产业链来有效地破解金融服务的难题,使得两者和谐统一发展,文章也对矛盾的次要方面:外因——周期性影响因素进行了深入的分析,并提出相关对策建议,最后还就促进内外因的有利转化建立调节机制。

This article holds the principal aspect of the contradiction between the manganese industry and the credit admittance with the dialectical thought： the internal factor and the external factor,and puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.It also establishs the adjustment mechanism to promote the transform of internal factor and external factor.
