摘要
本文对基于集成门电路的无稳态触发器的设计原理进行了深入研究,提出了分别由存贮-振荡原理、稳态消除原理和石英晶体工作原理出发的各种无稳态触发器设计思想,实现了分别由一个、二个、三个反相器组成的无稳态触发器与有关的石英晶体振荡器。
This paper investigates design principle of various non-stable-state flip-flops based on integrated gates. Various design methodologies are discussed in view of the storage-oscillation principle, eliminating stable-state, and adopting quartz crystal. Non-stable-state flip-flops composedby one, two or three inverters, and relevant quartz crystal oscillators are designed respectively inthis paper.
