摘要
用DEGS柱气相色谱法快速、简便地分析了两种磷脂复合物产品中的多种不饱和脂肪酸的含量，进而对产品质量及稳定性进行评价,结果表明其主要成分亚油酸含量达46％～63％，具有一定的稳定性。
The contents of various unsaturated fatty acids in phosphatide compound was analyzed byusing gas chromatography (GC) with DEGS column fast and conveniently. The quality and stability of the products were also appreciated. The experiment results showed that the content oflinoleic acid is in the range of 46%～63%, and the product has a stable structure.
