摘要
本文分析了浙江金华有名的经济特产金华佛手的营养成分,主要测定了其中的水分、灰分、蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、维生素C及微量元素的含量,另外测定了佛手挥发油的含量为1.60%,以期对金华佛手的开发和利用提供参考依据。
Jinhua bergamot is one of the economic specical local product of Jinhua. The paper analyzedthe nutrients in Jinhua bergamot and determined the content of water, ash, protein, fat, crudefiber,vitamin C and microelement in it. Besides, analyzed the content of bergamot volatile oil,the content was 1. 60%. The results of the analysis provide the reference to the development anduse of Jinhua bergamot.
