摘要
本文比较研究了看麦娘属杂草看麦娘与日本看麦娘生育后期植株旗叶中活性氧消除系统的变化趋势.结果显示:在旗叶一生中,看麦娘和日本看麦娘在活性氧消除系统中保护酶活性以及过氧化氢(H_2O_2)和丙二醛(MDA)的累积均表现出相似的变化趋势;与日本看麦娘相比,看麦娘旗叶内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性低,H_2O_2和MDA的累积速率高,表明看麦娘的活性氧消除能力较小,脂质过氧化过程的出现早于日本看麦娘,因而,看麦娘的相对早衰是由其内在的生化机制决定的,这与看麦娘和日本看麦娘生育期上的差异是一致的.
Comparative studies were conducted to investigate the changes of active oxygen scavenging system in flag leaves of Alopeeums aequalis and A jaforricus during late stages of growth. Results showed that A aequalis was similar to A japmicus in the changes of activities of protective enzymes (SOD,CAT,POD) and contents of H2O2 and MDA in flag leaves, higher activities of SOD, CAT and POD and lower contents of H2O2 and MDA were presented in A japmicus , which indicated that A japunicus could timely get rid of the harmful free radicals in flag leaves, and lipid peroxi-dation process in A japanicus occured later than that in A aequalis. The authors noticed that these results were consistent with the characters of growth duration in the two weeds, and that early-senescence in A aequalis was intrinsically determined by its biochemical traits.
