国有大型煤矿企业经营状态的跟踪及原理研究

A Study on Principle and Operating State Tracking of Large State-owned Coal Mining Enterprises

国有大型煤矿企业高层动态决策和国家主管部门对国有大型煤矿企业经营活动的有效监管都需要随时掌握企业经营状态,目前,对企业经营状态进行实时统计,无论从统计组织方面,还是从统计成本方面都存在较大困难。为此,文章提出并界定了国有大型煤矿企业经营状态跟踪的概念,阐明了国有大型煤矿企业经营状态跟踪的基本原理及一般工作步骤。以期为深入研究解决该问题奠定相应的理论基础。

The operating state is essential not only for the dynamic decision-making of state-owned coal mining enterprises but also for the supervision and control from national authorities.There exists major difficulties during carrying out the real time statistics to the operating condition of the enterprises,which is true for statistics-organizing as well as for the statistical cost.The paper defines the concept of the large state-owned coal mining enterprises operation tracking,and clarifies its general principle and working steps as well with a view to laying the corresponding theoretical basis to solve this problem deeply.
