摘要
从分析传统管子切削加工方法的特点和存在的问题入手,针对在高速切削和批量切断加工管子时出现的管子易变形、效率低、切削振动强烈而引起的打刀等现象,探讨设计了新型管子切断加工的机床传动系统,获得两种方案。这两种方案不同于传统车削加工的切断运动—主运动传动链和进给运动传动链分别传动工件及刀具,而是将主运动和进给运动集成化设计,由刀具同时进行旋转的主运动和径向进给运动来完成切削加工。
Starting from analyzing the exist questions and characteristic of usual methods of cutting metal tubes,aiming at some trouble of tube deformation,lower efficiency,vibration that causes destroying tool,it discusses the new machine transmission syetem for cutting tube down and gets two projects which is different from old cutting motion while its main motion and feeding motion are carried out by tool s rotation and radial feed at the same time.
