摘要
在复杂难采煤层地质条件下,如何提高综放工作面产量和工效是综放开采技术亟待解决的问题。文章针对某矿综放面生产系统建立各子系统模拟模型,运用正交优化设计技术,综合研究综放工作面高产高效的技术措施,并对影响综放工作面产量和工效的各种参数进行了优化。研究成果应用于工程实践,取得了较好的技术经济效果。
How to enhance the output and work efficiency at the fully mechanized caving face is an urgent problem to settle,since the fully mechanized caving face in the complex and difficult-mining coal seam is subjected to the geology conditions.Based on the statistic and analysis of the production systems at the fully mechanized caving face in a Mine,the paper builds the simulation models of the subsystems.Through orthogonal and optimizing design,the paper studies synthetically the technological measures of high output and high bene fit at the fully mechanized caving face, and the paper optimizes the parameters of affecting the output and work efficiency of fully mechanized caving face. The research results are applied successfully in the engineer pracflee and the preferable technical - economic effects are obtained.
