摘要
提出一种以单片机P89LPC932为核心的夫兰克-赫兹实验仪设计方案,采用12位A/D转换器件TLC2543进行数模转换,由运放OPA128组成的放大电路放大电流Ip,采用数字电位器MAX5481和DS1844产生变化的UG1K、UG2K、UG2P、UF电压,还配有64 K字节E2PROM和伪USB接口。该仪器具有手工操作、自动操作以及和计算机联机操作等功能。
A Franck-Hertz instrument is designed with a core IC of MCU P89LPC932.The analog-to-digital converter is 12- bit TLC2543 ,the current Ip is amplified by amplifying circuit which is composed by OPA128,and the variable voltages of UG1K, UG2K, UG2P, UF is produced by digital potentiometer MAX5481 and DS1844.The 64K bytes E2PROM and pseudo-USB interface are designed in the instrument, so the instrument has the functions of manual operating, automatic operating and operating by connecting with computer.
