摘要
运用原子荧光分光光度法、石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法以及火焰原子吸收分光光度法对连云港近岸海域养殖区和天然捕捞的贝类、鱼类体内重金属Hg、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr的含量进行了测定,分析了重金属的含量水平,并进行了残毒评价。结果表明,海水养殖的贝类和海洋捕捞的鱼类、贝类生物体内铅出现超标,其它各项指标能满足相关标准要求,基本未受重金属污染,反映近岸海域环境质量处于良好状态。
The contents of Hg, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr of bivalves and fishes collected from culture areas and natural catching along Lianyungang coast were determined by atom fluorescence spectrometry, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer, flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and the contents of the heavy metals were analyzed and assessed. Results show that the content of Pb of bivalves from culture areas and that of bivalves and fishes from natural catching were over the standards, the rest were below the legal limit, marine organisms were not polluted by heavy metals, indicating the environmental quality inshore was good.
