摘要
运用概率统计分析、GIS空间分析技术等方法对区域地质灾害进行评价,探讨地质灾害对土地利用空间布局的影响及其分区在规划中的应用。研究结果表明:①所构建的地质灾害风险评价系统及其指标体系,整体上能够反映研究区域的地质灾害风险因素特征,统计分析结果较好体现研究区域地质灾害空间分布现状;②提出的基于地质灾害分区的建设用地和农用地的空间布局设计方案更加切合区域土地利用环境特征,具有更强的实践性与针对性。研究结论显示:在土地利用规划中分析地质灾害因素对土地利用空间格局的影响,可进一步提高规划对未来区域土地利用的指导作用。
The purpose of this study is to discuss geological disaster analysis and its influence on the spatial layout of land use as well as its application in the land use planning. Methods employed include probabilistic statistical analysis and GIS spatial analysis. Results show that (1) the risk evaluation system constructed can reflect the geological disaster status in study area well; (2) based on geological disasters, the scenarios for the land of construction, agriculture and ecology are more relevant to the regional land use characteristics. At the same time, it can provide some new ways and methods for the compilation of land use planning. In a word, applying the zoning of geological disaster into land use planning can improve its guide on regional land use for future.
