血清肌酸激酶在输卵管妊娠中的诊断价值

Utility of maternal creatine kinase in the evaluation of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨血清肌酸激酶(CK)在输卵管妊娠中的诊断价值。方法分析3组患者(宫内妊娠患者、高危型异位妊娠患者、普通异位妊娠患者)中血清肌酸激酶水平有无差异。结果异位妊娠组血CK值明显高于宫内妊娠组,其中高危型输卵管妊娠组的血CK值又明显高于普通输卵管妊娠组患者,高危型输卵管妊娠组的血HCG值也明显高于普通输卵管妊娠组患者组。结论血CK值可以反应输卵管妊娠患者输卵管受损的严重程度,有助于把一些高危的异位妊娠的患者从普通的异位妊娠妊娠患者中鉴别出来,及时采取有效的治疗措施。

[ Objective ]To determine the value of ereatine kinase in eetopie pregnancy. [ Method ] The levels of serum ereatine kinase in the 3 groups （intrauterine pregnany, high risk eetopic pregnancy and normal ectopic pregnancy were analysed）. [ Results ] The level of serum creatine kinase in the ectopie prdgnaney is higher than in the intrauterine pregnany, the level of serum ereatine kinase in the high risk eetopie prdgnaney is higher than normal eetopic pregnancy,and the level of serum HCG is in the high risk eetopie prdgnaney is higher than normal eetopic pregnancy. [ Conclusion ] The level of serum ereatine kinase is reference to tubal damage.
