On the Transformation of the New Japanese-American Security Alliance and Its Influence on China's National Security

日美安保体制是东西方冷战的产物。整个冷战时期,其功能是保护日本免受苏联的攻击。后冷战时代,日美安保体制不但没有"去功能化",反而在不断强化。其保障范围的不断扩大,将对我国的国家安全造成严重危害。

Japanese-American Security Alliance （JASA）, the by-product of the Cold War,was established to protect Japan from the aggression of the former Soviet Union. However, it was not defunctionalized in the post-cold war period. With the gradual encroaching of its protection, the power of JASA has been strengthening and will be a serious threat to China＇s national security.
