The grass-root Party organization in colleges and universities plays a vital role in the construition of a harmonious campus. To bring into play the role of political core, we shoudl innovate on the basis of the present system, establish sound rules of procedure, and stress accountability. We should also develop the working capabilities of the leading bodies, construct a harmonious capmus culture, and promote the construction of a harmonious campus with focus on people.
