This paper deals with the content, functions, components of the system of quality contral and guarantee for application-oriented talent cultivation, as well as the current situation and problems in practice teaching. This paper also deals with the ways to construct a rational and harmonioius system of practice teaching management and quality comtrol and guarantee so to improve the efficiency of practice teaching.
