匀染剂TP-1的制备及其超细锦纶染色

Preparation of leveling agent TP-1 and its application to supermicro nylon dyeing

采用聚乙二醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,合成了阴离子型匀染剂TP-1;将其用于酸性染料超细锦纶织物染色中。试验考察了染料用量、匀染剂用量及pH值等因素对染色的影响。结果表明,在弱酸性染料用量2%,匀染剂TP-1用量2%,浴比1∶50和pH值5.5,100℃染色50 min的条件下,可获得较为理想的染色效果。

Anionic levelling agent TP-1 was synthesized with polyethylene glycol and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, and it was applied to acid dyeing of superfine PA fiber. Factors exerting influence on dyeing results were discussed, such as pH value, dosages of dye and levelling agent, et al. Results showed that desired dyeing results could be achieved under conditions of weak acid dye ：2%, levelling agent 2%,bath ratio 1：50, pH value 5.5, and dyeing at 100 ℃ for 50 minutes.
