On the basis of working principle of database maintenance for Home Location Register (HLR) of a mobile SPC exchange in GSM, the contents storage structure and access module are analyzed. The varied coherence labels and its links are defined in order to maintenance the coherence between memory and disk data, between main and ready sides. The content is checked timely and the abnormality is recovered in time by using the data test module.
